Terms & Conditions
By engaging Faiza Fahad ("Provider") for design, development, or marketing services, the client agrees to the following terms.
Scope of Services
Services are defined in a written proposal or agreement. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to final asset delivery.
Revisions Policy
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions are billed at standard hourly rates.
Liability Limitations
Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to final deliverables. Provider retains the right to display the work in portfolios and marketing materials.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.
